The Rest of the Week

Is the week over already? This is what happens when I go out at night - I have to play catch-up later in the week. Figures.

Alyssa - my litte stinker - had her first speech therapy appointment on Thursday. The ST came out to the house and got an idea of how best to work with her but would't you know it she's started talking more?! Tonight she even said, "backpack please?" and handed me a backpack to put on.

You know she's going to start talking just to prove me wrong!

Today was the moms of multiples egg hunt - the girls had a great time finding eggs and filling their baskets. I can't wait for next week when we can hide them all over the yard. Hopefully the weather will continue it's warmer trend...

The girl's baskets just happened to match their seats in the choo choo wagon - I swear I did NOT plan this.

The big kids had their own colors and enjoyed finding the eggs (really just picking them up off the ground) and trading them in for prizes and treats. The perks having triplet sisters. Hey, there's got to be some!

Me and my (little) girls.

Next week is spring break - all five kids at home with mom. Yikes, what is summer going to be like??!

By the way...it is almost time to spend Gymbucks...do you have some?
I am going to go crazy at Gymboree...he he he
We could be shopping buddies!

Alyssa looks so much like you in that picture. She has your spirit if she starts talking just to prove you wrong. Actually that is what Brooke did (I don't know if she was trying to prove me wrong but...) just when I was starting to worry that she wasn't talking as much as the other two. She started talking in complete sentences, and learned her colors all in like one day. Shows just how fast these kids learn.

Of course she's going to start talking now!

They're all adorable with their little egg hunting baskets.

Oh, and if your weather is anything like ours, don't hold your breath for warmth and sunshine early on this week. We had highs of nearly 80 today, but tomorrow's high is supposed to be only 42?!?
